Life Update | Schools Direct

Hope you enjoyed a few pictures of Paignton!

Yesterday, I had a induction day for my PGCE/Schools Direct placement starting in September.
I found out what school I'll be located within and I am SUPER excited, and super terrified, which is totally normal....right?
Paignton is an absolutely gorgeous little seaside town; I traveled from Plymouth early to spend a few hours having a little walk around.
The seaside makes me much to happy, & i can't imagine moving back to the midlands again.
I've found out a lot out about my course, one of which being there was only 11 candidates out of 120 selected; woah no pressure!
My training next year is going to be incredibly intense, so I'm welcoming any tips now!
I'm sort of beginning to doubt that I have what it takes to become a teacher, but I know how much I love teaching and hopefully that'll drive me through.

  1. I love these pictures, because I don't live far from London I do love the city but wish I could be buy the sea more! Good luck btw!

  2. I love Paignton! I love that area of the country in general! A couple of my friends have done their teacher training and it's really bought them out of themselves, impressed! x

  3. Thought those were some very familiar looking scenes - I live in Paignton! How funny.

  4. Ahh good luck lovely, I'm sure you'll do amazingly well! <3
