Life lately.

Firstly, Happy 2014!
Better late than never right?

2013 was, undoubtedly, the worst year of my not so long life.
My anxiety and depression completely took over and getting my life back to where it needs to be will be running well into 2014.
Albeit, I have quite a good feeling in my bones about 2014.

2014 is the year I graduate, turn 21, get onto my PGCE course and start the plan the rest of my life.
I've begun to stick up for my own opinion and myself much more, and I think 2013 will be dying with the scared little girl I used to be!.

I'm not one for "2014, new me" sort of speech, but I do believe New Years are a good time to reavulate yourself a while and plan a course of action for the year ahead.

Being a year three student certainly has hit me much harder than I thought.
Trying to balance two jobs and a placement is proving to much and I need to re-evaluate my work load.
Who knows, I may actually get a day off every now and then!

I've been granted a place upon my schools direct option, woohoo!
Now just for the PGCE interview in two weeks.
Pretty proud of myself! I've been working hard for five years to get here, and now it's happening and I'm quite excited.

Oldway Primary School based in Torquay was stunning, we travelled early and the sunrise was beautiful.
I feel quite persuaded to locate there after graduation

I'm eating super healthy at the minute, and I'm loving it!
Still trying to fall in love with the exercise routine to accompany it.

I had a bit of an awkward moment where I completely ran out of money,
My spending was a little out of control.
So here's to a nice new budget and saving!!
I'm probably going to need a car for my placements next year which is a pretty exciting thought!

Really getting into hair products at the minute, but on the search for a pretty decent root booster - ideas welcome!

Much love, <3
