A Day Out | Early Birthday Treat.

It isn't actually my Birthday until July 14th, but as one of my closest friends is off seeing the beautiful world, we went to Exeter to gain holiday pieces and have a mini-birthday celebration.
I can drink about two caffeinated tea's a day, and as I was pretty late, I gained my second one on the train there. How cute is the cup & tea bag?

The tea bag tag was just TO cute, I can't drink Coffee because of the caffeine levels & as every cool person in the world drinks coffee i'm really loving this tag!
Coffee is SO over.

Trust me to forget my rail card and have to pay extra! But not to worry!
Upon leaving Exeter train station, you have to enter your ticket, as I entered mine I started calling over the ticket man because the machine had eaten my ticket! (Little did I know it took your ticket as we finished our journey - I wanted to keep it!)

We shopped and giggled and hours passed much to quickly, we needed some food!
Cara had a £20 voucher for a beautiful restaurant called Strada, which sells Italian food, so she said we could put that towards our meal and dine in style, (lucky me or what!?)
It's safe to say we we're pretty darn full afterwards!!

But the biggest, and best surprise of the day was the absolutely stunning birthday present (i was naughty and opened it early!).
Cara had personalized the stones in this beautiful necklace for me, the stones they represent things that are special to me and hopes and dreams to come. Cara picked the stones that are completely perfect to who I am and who I wish to be, I really had to try not to cry because it was just so thoughtful. Since coming to Plymouth i've really started to understand what friendship is - and I like it :).

Your jealous right?

I had a really beautiful day with a really beautiful person, and I can't wait to plan some more days out!
